No problem/complaint about treatments. Big problem with getting an appointment. Was there today Monday 28th Jan. No patients waiting. No queue. If I wish to speak with a doctor about ongoing health issues I am not able to get an appointment. I would like a reviewe if current meds. If I ask about an appt in p. m for a week in advance it is not possible as 'all the appointments are gone'. How???

Can't get an appointment...can't order repeat prescription... really bad customer service ! I thought other surgeries struggled but this one gets the Oscar award!!!!
Started phoning at 8.20. After 136 attempts at calling, I finally get through at 9.00 to be told all bookings are gone. 10 years ago this was a good clinic
