I enjoyed a brisk 4 mile winter walk but I parked outside. 5 to park for 2 hours!
Great new trails suitable for beginners and families. Serious trail dudes will find them tame.
A great place for all. The walks are beautiful and easy to suit families, a good kids play area for them to run about. The park itself has lots to free, for bikers, runners or walkers. I use the park frequently for my runs and never get bored as there are so many trails you can take.
Love this place. The new mountain biking trails are fantastic! Great camping facilities although I do think the toilet block could do with a small upgrade as they have put such effort into the trails it would be lovely to see the toilets get a facelift. The play park is fantastic from tot to teen as both my boys enjoy and the mobile catering vans mean you can get some tea and nourishment after a lovely walk/ride. There is a small animal farm which I haven't been to in a long time from what I remember though it was great too.
Since Armagh council have started to build mountain bike trails I have visited the park many times. The trails are still being built but are great. There are other trails for walkers as well and these improvements will make the park more popular.
