Post Office Money's bank account is awful. Their online banking is antiquated. If you want to make a bank transfer payment, for instance, they send you a security code in the post! And, of course, you never receive it. So to make a simple payment it takes you weeks and weeks!Same with doing everything else: the simplest process that you can do online or on the telephone with any other bank, with Post Office Money you have to write a letter and, if you are lucky once in a blue moon, they may receive it and action your request.There's no bank branches, so you have to use the Post Office's ailing branches. These are woefully understaffed and only one counter out of four or five is usually manned. So you have to queue up for an eternity each time.Awful, awful, awful.
